Pakistan is building, today, a more prosperous, sustainable, and responsible country – for the people, the planet and regional stability

Pakistan Textile Council (PTC) is a fully committed private sector partner in this aspiration and is taking concrete actions for making the textile value chain more sustainable. Currently, 18 textile and apparel companies are leading Pakistan’s first ever net-zero coalition to reach zero net carbon emissions by 2050. PTC is also leading the private sector discourse on environmental sustainability at platforms such as COP26Our members are dedicated to shaping a more prosperous future for the world by upholding international standards of sustainability and are at the forefront of a paradigm shift towards more responsible production. PTC supports continuous improvement and progress in key areas of sustainable development including gender inclusion, environmental protection and labor wellbeing.
