Pakistan Textile Council (PTC) and a delegation from Sweden in EU met for an insightful discussion where both parties shared views on trade and sustainability. Open engagement with partners in the EU helps us continue our trajectory of sustainable growth.

Other Engagements
PTC participated in a panel discussion held by Foreign Service Academy on “Renewal of GSP+ for Pakistan: Prospects & Challenges” where the officers of the 35th Mid-Career Management Course participated in an interactive and engaging discussion with the panelists.
Seminars/Workshops/Conferences
PTC CEO, Sheikh M. Iqbal participated in the conference organized by The World Bank on Talent of Pakistani Women. He argued that one important reason for low recruitment rate of women among firms, is high turnover (led mostly by marriage and childbearing), and the costs of providing safe transport.
