Mr. Muhammad Ali Tabba is the Founding Chairman of PTC and CEO of Yunus Textile Mills Ltd. He also serves as CEO of Lucky Cement and Vice Chairman of ICI Pakistan Ltd. He is also the Chairman of Lucky Motors Corporation, Lucky Electric Power Company Ltd and All Pakistan Cement Manufacturing Association (APCMA). In the past, Mr. Tabba has served as Chairman of Pakistan Business Council (PBC). In addition, Mr. Tabba is actively engaged in community welfare projects and serves on the boards of renowned universities and foundations. He is the Vice Chairman of the not-for-profit Aziz Tabba Foundation that works extensively in social welfare, education and health. The Foundation runs two state-of-the-art hospitals in Karachi (170 bed Tabba Heart Institute and 100 bed Tabba Kidney Institute). In recognition of his outstanding services and contributions in Pakistan’s social development sector, the Government of Pakistan awarded him the Sitara-e-Imtiaz in 2018. He has also been bestowed the title of Young Global Leader by World Economic Forum in 2010, and is the recipient of Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s “Businessman of the Year” Gold Medal Award for 2012- 2013.
